Fond Memories Of The Goofs Who Ruined Christmas

I came across this in my reader today after Migrating pages from Hubpages as they are supposed to be closing down. Both of the pages were a lot of work so I really had to do my best to preserve them. Unfortunately one I have no idea how kept getting a repeat of some of the content, (when wordpress changed to the current editor.*) when I was only trying to replace images that were missing, I never copied a a bunch then added not to mention mid page!

*(I HATE the block style it takes too long and even more it seems if you are trying to edit or align text (as you can’t just highlight it and then click to put it in the middle) Squidoo did that, then it sucked then Hubpages so NOWI’m afraid WordPress will too!

As for me I can only remember 1 christmas No good ones and that was a B- A -D Christmas… my dislike of the holiday started then.

Sheep and shepherds WOULD NOT BE IN THE FIELDS IN DECEMBER!!!

(It would have been moderate to being TOO cold)

and one other thing.. all its socalled traditions are CUlturally Appropriated from Pre-christian (or Pagan as they say) religions.

I HAD A BAD CASE OF CHICKEN POX when I woke up ON CHRISTMAS DAY (when i was in 5th grade) . I didnt even want to open my gifts NOT EVEN THE BIG ONE (it was a VCR for the fam) So to any and all associated with christmas DO THE Game of thrones WALK OF SHAME!!! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

I was working on a Cognative bias in everyday context : Biases in the Real World class on Kinnu when I thought I should ask you (and if you would share this post with friends and family) what you think.

The lesson spoke of the misleading opinions online and that just about anyone with a computer or phone and internet access can become a content creator. It also mentions on how we disagree with each other what constitutes as fact.

Much of the information on social media that we consume and spread (I hope for you it) obviously does not come from an expert. While I know this is the like what like 90% of the time, I ask for proof of their answer (a source)

While I write, I do not say I am a professional, you can actually check out either of my Beauty Balm Pages (The Original or Zi’s Beauty Balm page or the blog Zi’s Beauty Balm ( ….I may migrate that blog to this one) which I do believe in the side panel toward the bottom in the disclaimer I note that I am not a dermatologist or any form of medical expert. My so-called ‘expertise’ comes from the tons of beauty magazines and what those articles said as well as MY OWN EXPERIENCES!! What is included in those experiences? Products I’ve purchased, if I noticed and liked the result of this skin care serum, or with say certain beads I found are not good to buy as eventually the oils and sweat from your skin will strip the paint off of them. In writing, I am not an expert nor a professional however compared to some of the books I’ve read… whoever proof read the books did a half ass (or worse) job. Not only do I write from Experience, I also write from the heart. Basically I share what i’ve learned mostly this I am or have been passionate about.

With that I ask of you…

Do you think someone who is passionate and writes from experiences like me (BUT is able to back up their sources which for my Beauty pages and blog those would be Seventeen, Teen Vogue, YM, Sassy, Twist (my favorite) Teen People, Cosmo ,Vanity Fair, Women’s World, magazines as well as others I’m sure. ) However without the specifics like who wrote the Magazine Volume and issue #, Title and article author to back me up)

While I know many of you may say to go to school and get a proper degree for whatever the topic; I enjoy these subjects and don’t want them ruined by school (plus as far as the Norse language and culture expert goes I’m not even sure if he still teaches .) as well as some I’m into and out of in phases at times.

Should we be considered something like a junior expert or should there be some sort of test we can take to show our knowledge. (please vote in the polls)

After All Kinnu has some sort of ‘certificate’ you earn at the end of a topic, so you may include it on your CV (My topic is in the Life Skills section on the map.)

What is red? ~ A ‘scrapbook’

Well on the Free Dictionary they define it as

“The hue of the long wave end of the light spectrum

50 Shades of Red Red, Crimson, Scarlet, Cherry, Vermillion, Maroon, Ruby, & Bergundy ok well not exactly 50 do I have here, but there’s many hues, shades etc. in between. Oh yeah & You can count Pink as the lightest of red.

Red is the Blood that was shed 84 years ago, in Chicago, IL During the Valentine’s Day Massacre; when Al capone’s gang murdered 5 gagsters and 2 others .

Its the Flower…The Poppy a symbol of Veterans’ Day, a warning, and its the first color I think of when I think of a lipstick. This could be because the color has been worn even in Ancient Egypt by the likes of Cleaopatra, with Actress Marylin Monroe & Elizabeth Taylor & Royalty as well Queen Elizabeth the the first to follow.

The color is popular in the Nations’ flags

‘Red’ Pandas

I saw a few Red Pandas at the Cape May Zoo a few years back, and those were much smaller than these guys.

Still cute those. They remind me of a cross between a Bear, a Ferret & a fox. I love this video of them playing in the snow with that pumpkin.

Blood Orange – I LOVE these!

They have a bit of a different flavor from regular oranges, but not so acidic tasting and maybe a bit sweeter. If the outside of the orange looks like its hemoraging, the dark, sweeter & juicer it will be! I tried waiting awhile for one of the oranges to get this way as the first few I had had dark reddish marks on the outside sadly I ended up wasting the one I experimented with.

I hope I can find that Tea some here but as regular tea not for the K cups & The True Blood Drink is Blood Orange Flavored.

Originally the The Red Hat Society started as a society for mature women, and it soared through word of mouth becoming a women’s movement. The red hat society are reconizable by their (obvious) red hats usually with a purple ribbon around it.
