LUSH-inspired recipes: Prince Charming Cocktail
posted in:DIY>> How To

With its grapefruit, vanilla and pomegranate blend, our Prince Charming shower gel is our new favorite way to lather up.

In fact, it’s so irresistible that we just can’t help working it into every aspect of our lives – including this delicious cocktail! Made with fresh pomegranate and grapefruit juices, this cocktail is perfect whether you’re spending the evening solo or sharing it with a loved one.

Cocktail ingredients

Makes: 1 cocktail
Time to create: 4.34 minutes

What you’ll need:

– 3 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds
– 2 ounces of fresh grapefruit juice
– 2 ounces of your favorite gin
– 1 ounce of simple syrup
– Cocktail shaker
– Ice

*This one’s easy to make family-friendly. Simply replace the gin with club soda for a fizzy and refreshing drink!

Directions:

Step 1.

Make simple syrup by combining an ounce of water with an ounce of sugar. Heat to dissolve and set aside to cool.

Step 2.

Place your pomegranate seeds into the cocktail shaker and muddle them to release their sweet, sweet juices.

Step 3.

Add the grapefruit juice, gin, simple syrup and ice.

Step 4.

Shake what ya mama gave ya for about 20 seconds.

Step 5.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Enjoy.
